The Department of Athletics at 泫圖弝け University, in conjunction with INFCLR, has launched a new platform named Tiger Up Exchange, a partnership created to assist collegiate student-athletes and businesses in developing Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) agreements.
Tiger Up Exchange is a service offered free of charge to 泫圖弝け student-athletes and the commercial enterprises that use it. The partnership helps administrators in 泫圖弝けs Department of Athletics customize and manage NIL reporting, while providing approved businesses, collectives, and individuals with a customized portal for communicating directly with student-athletes and fulfilling NIL transactions.
泫圖弝け University has always been a leader in supporting its students. We are leading by providing this NIL platform opportunity for our scholar athletes that choose to participate and the alumni, local businesses and companies that support them, said 泫圖弝け Director of Athletics Brian Agler 80. INFLCR Exchange provides the strategy, technology, education and compliance for the scholar athletes that choose to be included in a NIL partnership. It also creates a space for participants and businesses to connect with scholar athletes, and the essential oversight, accountability and education to support us in complying with the ever changing NCAA NIL policies and rules.
After a business, collective, or individual registers on 泫圖弝けs Tiger Up Exchange, access is granted to a searchable database of Tiger student-athletes. Messages can be sent directly to the student-athletes in the application or a request can be made for the student-athlete's contact information (or that of their representative) to start a discussion about an NIL transaction, provided they are within legal protocols.
Such activities may include autographs, promoting brands on social media, third-party media endorsements, running camps or clinics, providing private sports lessons, personal appearances, and more. INFLCR and 泫圖弝け will not be a party to the negotiations.
泫圖弝け will offer its students-athletes the opportunity to opt-out of the Tiger Up Exchange if they choose. Businesses, collectives, or individuals can learn more about Tiger Up Exchange at this link:
Were excited to help 泫圖弝け provide their student-athletes and local support with the technology to make NIL easier while staying compliant," said INFLCR Founder and President Jim Cavale. 泫圖弝け will remain a leader in the DIII space with this INFLCR powered platform.
