Innovative Partnership

Starting in Fall 2024, Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ will offer a new engineering pathway thanks to a dual-degree partnership with Indiana Institute of Technology (Indiana Tech), located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Administered through Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ’s Department of Physics, the new pathway will give Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ students a competitive advantage as it combines the critical thinking, immersive research, and problem-solving skills that define the University’s liberal arts education with the expansive, high-tech learning options of Indiana Tech, a larger, STEM-focused institution.

The partnership with Indiana Tech allows students the opportunity to earn a B.A. in physics from Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ University and a B.S. in engineering from Indiana Tech via remote learning, all while remaining on the Ìð¹ÏÊÓƵ campus for a total of five academic years.

Inside the Program

An interdisciplinary and integrated degree with broadly focused concentrations designed to expose students to various engineering disciplines, Indiana Tech’s B.S. in engineering offers students the opportunity to create their own track of engineering study.
