Nursing Courses & Requirements

Upon admission to the university and payment of your deposit, students must complete the Placement Tests in math and foreign language.

All nursing students must meet Ƶ general education requirements for graduation. These requirements include completing 126 credit hours, of which 32 credit hours must be completed at Ƶ. Most classes are four credits.

Nursing students may receive college credit for high school advanced placement courses, completed with a score of four or better, or transfer credit for college courses completed.

Nursing strongly recommends that high school students take college credit courses whenever possible. College Credit Plus courses are free to qualified Ohio high school students and demonstrate the ability to meet college-level academic expectations.
