Award-Winning Dance Company
The 2012-13 Ƶ Series continues on Wednesday, Feb. 6, with a performance by Doug Varone and Dancers. The award-winning dance company will take the stage at 7:30 p.m. in Kuss Auditorium at the Clark State Performing Arts Center, 300 S. Fountain Avenue.

MLK History Lesson
It has been 50 years since Martin Luther King Jr. led the famed March on Washington, and it has been 150 years since the signing of the Emancipation Proclamation. Appropriately, the 2013 Ƶ Series-sponsored Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Convocation turned into a history lesson for the large crowd assembled in Weaver Chapel.

In recognition of the collective efforts of its member institutions to make diversity and inclusion a priority, the North Coast Athletic Conference Presidents’ Council, including Ƶ President Laurie Joyner, has been presented with the inaugural Award for Diversity and Inclusion from the NCAA and the Minority Opportunities Athletic Association.
