Participation is limited to Witt community members, namely,
- current students,
- alumni/ae, and
- current or retired members of the faculty and staff,
and to their immediate families, namely,
- spouse/partner,
- siblings,
- parents, and
- children.
For relay teams, all team members must meet these eligibility requirements.
Most events are open to anyone with a pulse and a registration fee. Given the number of current students, current employees, and living alums, there are probably only about 100,000 people eligible for our event -- less than 0.002% of the world's population. This makes the Witt Triathlon one of the most exclusive athletic events in the world!
